Trial Balance  

This command will take you to the Trial Balance reporting module. There you will be able to see and analyses Your Trial Balance. Click on it or just given it a touch if you’re using a touch screen.

We have to make some choices before generating the Trail Balance. We have to select a period for which the report is to be prepared and some other options are to be elected that makes this report more useful. Click OK button after your selection.

Select the period first. This report will only contain the Transactions made between these periods.

Here you can choose which type of transactions to be added in the report if you choose “Finance” then only the financial transactions( Vouchers) will be added and if you choose “Bill” then only the transactions from the trading bill will be considered and if you want a full report containing both the Finance and Bill then Choose “Both” option.

If you want to see a summarized report then chooses “Summary” otherwise choose “All” for a full report. If you want the margins to be excluded then click the exclude margin option and check the “Annex on Separate Page” if you want the annexure to be printed on a separate page.

Click OK to Continue or Click Exit to Quit.
