Detailed Stock FIFO Menu Item:  

This command will lead you to the Detailed Stock Reporting Module. In this module you can select a date/period and the desired securities and then it will show you the stocks of the selected securities as on the selected date/ period base on the FIFO.

Here you can select the period and the securities you want to include in the report and after your selection click the OK button to continue. In this tutorial we’ll not make any selection and simply click ok button..

This is our full fledged details stock report. As you can see this report contains many columns and we cannot see it in a single way so use the scrollbar to scroll around just like shown in further….

There are some options in this report which can help you waiting the report in way that fits you the best e.g. some times you would like to remove some column from the grid to shorten the report. To achieve the click the Option Button (Alt+O) given above .

Here is list of all columns from which you can select the columns which you do not want to display in the report and then click the remove button to hide them. You always click on “Refresh” button (ALT + R) to revert back.

Here you can see the columns we’ve selected are removed from the grid and you can get them back by clicking the “Refresh” Button . the Refresh Button actually does not get them back it just recreated the grid and reloads it again so you can always hit this button to revert your changes. The button is available in all the major reports of invest 2007

If you wish to hide all the information except the stocks then simply click the “Only Stock” button highlighted above and as Refresh the Grid by clicking the Refresh button right .

To summaries the report click the “Summary” button (Alt+S) and it will short the records in the grid so that you can see only the subtotals
